Artikel ini mengkaji pengunggahan akal budi dalam transhumanisme melalui dialog dengan teologi eskatologi Kristen dan doktrin imago Dei, terutama tentang identitas personal dan kontinuitas eksistensi. Dengan memanfaatkan konsep futurum–adventus serta creatio continua, pengunggahan dipahami sebagai ekspresi partisipasi kreatif manusia dalam dinamika penciptaan yang berkelanjutan, yang senantiasa terbuka terhadap tindakan Allah sebagai pemberi masa depan. Lebih lanjut, melalui pembacaan imago Dei yang bersifat dinamis, artikel ini mengusulkan bahwa entitas pascabiologis menghadirkan keterputusan sekaligus keberlanjutan identitas, sebagai “aku dan bukan-aku” dalam arti eskatologis. Entitas pascabiologis membawa jejak gambar Allah dalam bentuk pola relasi, ingatan, dan ekspresi diri yang berpartisipasi dalam sejarah. Kajian ini mengusulkan pemahaman tentang imago Dei dalam konteks pascabiologis.
